    Where we ship:

    • We ship to Armenia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, and other countries worldwide

    Shipping method:

    • By default, orders are shipped via CDEK
    • Alternative shipping methods may be arranged upon request

    Delivery time:

    • Delivery times are determined by the carrier and depend on the destination and shipping conditions
    • All shipments include tracking information

    Shipping cost:

    • Shipping costs are based on carrier rates
    • An estimated shipping cost will be provided after the order is placed
    • For domestic and regional deliveries, shipping may be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery
    • For international orders, shipping is typically paid in advance before dispatch
    • The final shipping cost is determined by the carrier at the time of dispatch and may differ from the initial estimate
  • Payment

    Payment methods:

    • We accept bank transfers and secure online payments
    • Alternative payment methods may be arranged upon request, including for international orders

    Currency:

    • Product prices are fixed in RUB
    • Payments in other currencies (USD, KZT, and others) are converted at the exchange rate of the bank or payment provider at the time of transaction

    Payment terms:

    • Orders are processed after full payment is received
    • An order is considered paid once the funds have been credited to the seller

    Shipping payment:

    • Shipping is paid by the customer directly to the carrier upon delivery, unless otherwise specified
    • Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • Order Processing

    Placing an order:

    • The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. The seller is not responsible for any issues resulting from incorrect details
    • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel an order in case of suspected fraudulent activity or if the payer cannot be properly identified. In such cases, a refund will be issued

    Order confirmation:

    • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with order details and an estimated shipping cost
    • An invoice or payment details will be provided after order confirmation
    • If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer an alternative or issue a refund
    • By completing payment, you confirm your agreement with the shipping terms
    • Orders may be modified or cancelled before they are handed over to the carrier. After dispatch, changes are subject to the Returns policy

    Processing & dispatch:

    • Orders are prepared after full payment is received
    • Processing time (order preparation and handover to the carrier) is typically 2–3 business days from the date of payment. In some cases, this timeframe may be slightly extended
    • You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped
  • Returns & Exchanges

    Returns (unused items):

    • You may cancel your order before it is handed over to the carrier
    • After delivery, returns are accepted within 14 days, provided the item: is unused, in original condition, includes original packaging and all accessories
    • The customer is responsible for the item until it is received back by us

    Defective or damaged items:

    • If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may request a replacement or a refund

    Non-returnable items:

    • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return

    Shipping costs:

    • Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect

    How to request a return:

    • Please contact us by email with your order details and a description of the issue. Photos or videos may help speed up the process

    Refunds:

    • Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item and processed via the original payment method within 10 days
    • We reserve the right to deduct actual shipping costs for returns of unused items
  • Damage During Delivery

    Upon delivery:

    • Please inspect the package for visible damage before accepting the shipment

    If damage is detected:

    • If the package appears damaged, we recommend: refusing delivery, documenting the damage with the carrier (report or claim), notifying us as soon as possible

    Risk of loss or damage:

    • We are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you
    • After delivery, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer
